Library is the heart of the college and it is a place for: “Provide Right Information at the Right Time, in the Right Place, in the Right Way to the Right Person”.

           The Shankarrao Bhelke College Library has started its service in the year 1990-91. From the same year all the students have been given open access to books so that they can see, read and then issue the books for home reading. Students can also issue separate books & magazines for reading in the reading hall as a "Reference Service". All library functions have been partially automated with “ETH” Library Management Software. Journals and Magazines are purchased for library users and library is having a membership of Jaykar library, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune to meet users need. The college registered under N-LIST Program for e-resources having 31,35,000 e-books and 6000 e-journals.
